Augusta (Georgia) has put some significant marks on American music’s timeline. Remember James Brown? How about Pastor Troy? A solid argument can be made that both have influence in Hip-Hop history specifically. How about Truez? From Augusta (by way of Newark, New Jersey); heard of him yet? Well, whether you have or not, I got a little something in the inbox that compelled me to share it. Familiar enough to call Hip-Hop; but not so much so that it could be called the ‘same old, same old’… So, watch/listen above.
