One of Philly’s most lyrically potent emcees Rosco P. Coldchain is back with a new single from his upcoming project “Almost Famous” that will be entirely produced by Fatin who rocks with 9th Wonder’s Soul Council production team. I wasn’t expecting any new music from the North Philly emcee after reading a few years ago that he was incarcerated for possibly being involved in a double murder back in 2008. I’m sure an new interview will pop up on the web shortly as to what the outcome of that situation, but it’s good to see the Philly cat back rapping after his career has undergone several derailments from being in & out of jail. For those that remember he was ‘Almost Famous’ quite a few times after rocking with Pharrell & the The Neptunes’ Star Trak label years back. Rosco P.
