Emerging indie sensation Teresajenee (a.k.a. the “musician beatmaker pen”) actually started making music in earnest in 2007. However, her life in music can be traced (read: predestined) from the crib! Born to music artist parents in St. Louis, Missouri, the Tennessee State University alum has featured on others’ projects, as well as her own, and on stages across the United States, since getting her start a few years ago. Her stated mission is to put out “music that is soulful, introspective, and refreshing,” and she has what it takes to do just that. Teresajenee’s upbringing in a music-rich family environment, her mastery of several instruments (piano, organ, clarinet, and drums), her vocal range, and her demonstrated determination to stay the course of a true artist (not compromising the music for the money) has set on a path to stardom…perhaps legendary status!
