John Graham had sent us a few tracks previously where he was taking things ‘Back 2 Basics’ in putting the ReaL (‘Rhymes Equaling Actual Life’) back into hip hop music from his perspective. This was one of the audio joints he sent to us utilizing the classic sample that Main Source used back in the day with a good soulful message.
