Atlanta heat is officially here and that means one thing, crazy mixtapes and projects are about to set sail into the vast sea we like to call the world wide web. Atlanta’s Greedmont Park joins forces with Augusta’s rising producer Hungry Hanz to release a blend of hard hitting, off kilter beats that would make Madlib proud and Kool Keith salivate.

“The Distraction Tape” is just that, a blend of instrumentals to help you get your mind off the madness of the week and into the world of Hungry Hanz. Augusta’s own, DJ Acrojam stays away from clichè id tags, yelling, and damn near annoying repetive “pull ups”,  allowing the listener to enjoy the tracks in their natural state. All of which have their own personality. “The Distraction Tape” is mixed into one large pool of sounds for your ears to swim in. Be on the look out for Hungry Hanz during his quest to raise eyebrows.
