The J Dilla Foundation, spearheaded by his mother Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancey, made the trip across the pond to London recently for a special event that raised over $17,000 for the organization & for Lupus UK. Many DJs rocked the London crowd with classic joints crafted by J Dilla through the evening & Detroit’s own Phat Kat even performed while Ma Dukes danced with the crowd as well.
