She is a Fitness expert and our co host @artbyodell spoke with her after taking her training class. We also have the homie from the Pacific NorthWest DJ DV One on the show. He is the official DJ for the Seattle Seahawks and an official Rock Steady Crew member. He discusses what it’s like working for an NFL franchise and the Seattle Hip Hop scene. He also shares a personal experience of police brutality while speaking on all of the turmoil going on in Ferguson.
