GLC Says Kanye West Defines Success As Being Embraced By White People (Video)

Don’t know if this is all real talk, sneak dissing, some dry snitching or what… but this word on Yeezus comes from a [likely former] homie of his who would know. Rapper GLC came up with Yeezy in The Go Getters crew back in Chicago back in the day. Well, GLC interviewed with The Chicago Morning Takeover show, and spilled a big bowl of Kanye beans – on everything from the hospitalization to the new hair coloring (blonde) of Ye.
Hey, we all have our weirdness; whether in phases or on the daily. But the most damning shot GLC might have let fly is alleging Kanye’s life goal of turning in his hood pass.

Alex Wiley, Chance The Rapper, GLC and Chuck Inglish made a ‘sequel’ to Kanye West’s song, “Spaceship,†called “Spaceship ii.†GLC was on the original, so the sequel had that more-than-implied cosign on it. Now we get another sequel. Yeah, add another original “Spaceship†track passenger (Consequence)… and now we get to check out “Spaceship iii.†Produced by Wes Freeman.

Closed Sessions: ATX the Documentary (Video)

Closed Sessions: ATX is a 10-song project featuring the Freddie Gibbs, Fashawn, Kidz In The Hall, Rakaa and Babu of Dilated Peoples, and lots of other artists. Closed Sessions and RubyHornet.com set up a studio in a Texas Mansion and artists from all over the country came through to collab on new music and share stories. This videos are the documentary that captured the process.
