The long rumored DOOM and Ghostface Killah project seems like its finally going to be release. The red Cassette you see above and a 12′ Serato vinyl are available at Nature Sounds. Still no word on when the whole project is dropped but the Tape and Serato are available and will be shipped 8-18. This is the radio rip from Rosenberg Radio yesterday. This joint is DOPE!

Atlanta heat is officially here and that means one thing, crazy mixtapes and projects are about to set sail into the vast sea we like to call the world wide web. Atlanta’s Greedmont Park joins forces with Augusta’s rising producer Hungry Hanz to release a blend of hard hitting, off kilter beats that would make Madlib proud and Kool Keith salivate.
“The Distraction Tape” is just that, a blend of instrumentals to help you get your mind off the madness of the week and into the world of Hungry Hanz. Augusta’s own, DJ Acrojam stays away from clichè id tags, yelling, and damn near annoying repetive “pull ups”,  allowing the listener to enjoy the tracks in their natural state. All of which have their own personality. “The Distraction Tape” is mixed into one large pool of sounds for your ears to swim in. Be on the look out for Hungry Hanz during his quest to raise eyebrows. This is a new track from Strong Arm Steady featured on Madlib’s Medicine Show No. 11. The good people at Stone’s Throw do a great job with releasing the music that makes you cop it with limited edition packs and this project has a special 3LP release that has a lot of extras.
