Word hard. Gary BELIEVES in that. But even more, Gary believes in SELF-AWARENESS. Know what makes you happy. Don’t work so hard that you sacrifice happiness… Plus some folks (like GaryVee) are the happiest when working like he does now.

So many have aspirations to build a successful business, but complain that they’re “tired after work” or “don’t want to work weekends.”
But I do think you should work to the point of burning out or sacrificing your happiness?
