This weekend in Atlanta we got a chance to pass thru the listening Party for Laza Morgan, a mixtape project hosted by DJ Kash. It was good to see various promoters, DJ Baby Yu, King AP, John Wayne, DJ Juggla, Jah Lion, DJ Shane and other selectors there to show unity in Caribbean Music Community.
Also in attendance was V103 radio host Osei the Dark Secret, Morgan Heritage extended family, Denroy Morgan, Gramps Morgan and several other sibblings/family.

I enjoy Stephen A Smith as a sports commentator for ESPN primarily because he appears to give genuinely honest opinions on various issues even if the truth hurts some people. I’ve always respected people who operate in that manner in general. In this particular interview Stephen A. Smith speaks a little more in-depth on politics & I find that we are similar in our views especially in being registered independents & not beholden to the title of Democrat or Republican. We both appeal to the “Common Sense” party.

Jay-Z Accused Of Forcing Residents Out Of Condos In Philadelphia

Fox News is reporting that Jay-Z’s realty company is forcing people out of a luxury apartment building he is part owner of in Philadelphia. Current and former tenants accuse Jay’s legal team of harassing them to move out of the building even though their rent has been paid. The building has 24 units and 15 people have already left. Tenants say Jay’s legal team have filed lawsuits against every tenant in efforts to try to evict them. They also say the realty company has given out their personal information to other realty companies who call constantly to get them to show their apartments.
