Great talk. Plus: Neil deGrasse Tyson with the booooom statement of, like, the decade or something! To all the climate change deniers: How was it that we made all kinds of plans, and reacted with all kinds and fervor and enthusiasm, to the Eclipse [Across America] – a phenomenon predicted by science – but NOT even flinch or flitter at the very real, very scientifically-founded warnings of pending planet-wide doom due to climate change (global warming, whatever you wanna call it)? Is it because beach chairs will become useless for the beachfront after the ocean level rises? Maybe because you’ll need good galoshes to go anywhere downtown in NYC? C’mon son!

Astrophycists don’t go leading people into wars… Battles become star parties… I have always believed stuff like this, but Dr. Tyson says it so much smoother. Bottom line: More science. More knowledge. More smart people around. The world is better for it!
