I’m a big fan of Freddie Joachim’s work & he consistently keeps the quality coming. I can listen to his soulful & jazzy soundscapes for months & never get tired of them. That’s the definition of timeless. His latest project “Fiberglass Kisses” is out now & my favorite song “Keep Lovin” featuring North Carolina songstress Carlitta Durand stays on repeat in my itunes. This new joint right here he released called “Morning Calm” is just that….relaxing. Had this one on repeat several times after I first listened to it & felt I’d share it with y’all below. Trust me…it’s perfect.
FREDDIE JOACHIM – MORNING CALM
Cali’s own Freddie Joachim recently dropped another nice one – his fourth album to date – entitled “Fiberglass Kisses.” Artist featured include Carlitta Durand, Miles Bonny, and J. Mitchell. Produced, mixed, and mastered by Joachim himself: “The album’s sound is a collection of Hip-Hop, Soul, and Electronic music, with the overall theme, ‘Love.’” You can check out preview and buy at the links below.
Soulful producer Freddie Joachim just dropped another gem via his twitter page & this one is a pretty dope remix of “Get Dis Money” by one of my favorite hip hop groups to have ever come of our Detroit…none other than Slum Village. This joint is so dope I’m positive even J Dilla would approve. You can cop the free download below…
Freddie Joachim has dropped a seven-track album entitled “Waiting” – promising another album (“Fiberglass Kisses”) by October 2012. “Waiting” is loaded with instrumentals and beat tracks… and they are all DOPE! Respect the work! Better yet, you can support the worker by copping the entire album here.
We don’t know for sure, but this joint has GOT to be on a Freddie Joachim EP…full-length album…something! No need to waste this. Love the way the beat builds from a talk-off sample; then around 45 seconds in BAM! You get hit with a serious urge to nod your head…and not stop! Put “Binoculars” in your ear NOW. Click and listen. Thank us later. And you’re welcome.
Hip Hop, Soul, & Jazz producer Freddie Joachim does it again with another quality soulful R&B banger. I’m lovin’ this new track featuring North Carolina songstress Carlitta Durand called “Keep Lovin’” that will appear on Freddie Joachim’s new project “Fiberglass Kisses” dropping later this month. There’s also a cool remix to this joint produced by Eric Lau that just hit on itunes as well. Based off of this dope single & the soulful Eric Lau remix I heard I know I’ll be in line for when the album drops.
I’ve been letting this new Freddie Joachim EP “Patiently” run a few times today while working. It’s a dope 5 song EP of soulful & jazzy instrumentals that serve as a nice appetizer to his next project “Fiberglass Kisses” due early 2012 on Mellow Orange Music. Freddie Joachim released this project late November & is donating proceeds from the sale of the EP to charity for the holidays. Check out some snippets from the project below or just go on ahead & download the full songs from his page. No singers or rap artists needed for this joint right here. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. I’ll be giving this EP significant spins until his next project drops. Until then we’ll be “Patiently” waiting for it…
Now this is just what I needed right now. Some dope jazzy soulful instrumental vibes with no emcee talking all over the track. This is just some great new cool out music right here from the Cali based DJ & producer Freddie Joachim (pronounced JO-AH-KIM). These tracks makes me feel like taking a flight to back to Brazil or something. Makes me want fly out to Costa Rica, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, or Puerto Rico & hit the ‘Waves’. I’m gonna need to go back & load Freddie’s entire instrumental catalog into my itunes. For now we’re just gonna have this baby on repeat. But don’t thank me….Thank Freddie on twitter.
