Rapper Big Pooh x Nottz – “Home Sweet Home” (Album)
This is soul food, an audible feast, a form of mental science, and a collection of memories reminding you why you first loved Hip-Hop. It’s “Home Sweet Home,” the collaborative album from Rapper Big Pooh and Nottz: 13 slabs of soulful music and superb bars, released on Mello Music Group.
Freddie Gibbs – “Extradite” feat. Black Thought (Prod. By Mikhail)
“Extradite” is the truth people! Freddie Gibbs & Black Thought going in on the track produced by Mikhail (co-produced by Sid “Speakerbomb” Miller)… with that energy! You can catch that on “Shadow Of A Doubt” (due out November 20, 2015).
PRE-ORDER: FREDDIE GIBBS – EXTRADITE FEAT. BLACK THOUGHT (PROD. BY MIKHAIL) | SHADOW OF A DOUBT
90059 (Documentary Short)
By now you have seen (or you can see now, here) the music video for Jay Rock’s jawn “90059” – in advance of his full-length with the same title. Well, TDE’s Jay dropped a companion documentary that provides insight on the “90059” album (out now), his life journey up to its release and more.
The Foreign Exchange – “Body” (Video)
Got the hookup. Like we needed another reason to get with that “Tales From The Land Of Milk And Honey” project by Foreign Exchange (out now). Phonte and Nicolay keep it pushing, only stopping long enough to drop a music video for their “Body†single. Watch above (the music, merged with the visual, and all that “Body†in there. Ah yes, Eye Candy)!
Here’s your hookup: Take this smoothed out jawn to your baby, and say, “Let’s forget the club this weekend and just chill… No ‘Netflix and’ nuthin’… just you and me.” Then click play on this jawn. And yooooo… you’re welcome.

Alternative: Coldplay – “Adventure Of A Lifetime”
“Adventure Of A Lifetime” is the first single off Coldplay’s upcoming new album, “A Head Full Of Dreams” (due out December 4, 2015). Download the song and pre-order the album below.
Murs – “Mi Corazon” (Video)
Damn if these Honeys won’t be the death of Murs… especially in this one. What could have turned out like a clip from Ice Cube’s comedy “Next Friday” (when Craig was hollering at that hot Latina, Carla, but her brother Joker was not having it), actually ends much darker. This video is a different take on interracial dating; but unfortunately, racial hatred still drives the situation to the worst outcome. It’s real. A bit too real. “Mi Corazon” (translated: “My Heart”) is a powerful offering from Murs’ “Have A Nice Life” album (out now, link to our earlier post on it below).
Kali Uchis – “Ridin’ Round” (Video)
I know I’m some sh!t, and I’m cool with it. You can’t tell me sh!t…
– Kali Uchis
Well damn. Yeah. This is kinda dope. Gotta give Okayplayer their credit for the find. And gotta give the people what they want; what they need. And this “Ridin’ Round†jawn, refreshed by DJ Dahi, with all kinds of super-sweet, super-thick Colombian Honey in the video… we all NEED this in our lives. So, here you go.
And you’re welcome.
(Original version, produced by Bunx, is on the FREE downloadable Kali Uchis album, “Por Vida” – out now.)
MoSS – “Kids” feat. Joell Ortiz
By all accounts, this debut MoSS album, “Marching To The Sound Of My Own Drum” (due out November 13, 2015), is gonna be the TRUTH! Check out the work dude does with Joell Ortiz on this “Kids†track off that.

Nitty Scott, MC – “U.F.O. (Unfiltered Offering)” [Video]
Planetary trippy hippy (and busty) hippie. Whew! And we aren’t the only ones tripping off the drug that blends sexy & lyrical to take us somewhere sensual and spiritual… It’s only right that we celebrate it all. Hell, even Style Magazine agrees we should recognize (see their article here). Check out Style; after you check out Nitty’s “U.F.O.” video (above).
Nitty touches down her spaceship and things get trippy.
Get this single and more on Nitty’s “The Art Of Chill” mixtape (out now).

Talib Kweli x 9th Wonder – “Indie 500” (Album Stream)
Indie 500 this and Indie 500 that… been hearing it from us, and seeing the posts on ’em from us on here for a while now. Time to put up or shut up, right? Well, here you go. PRhyme – “Courtesy†(Full-Length Video)
Okay, so before when we put up a PRhyme visual post for “Courtesy” we were letting go a ‘full clip’… as in click-clack-pow-pow-brrraakk. This is the full video. The one before was a less than 2-minute teaser. He is the entire visual presentation off the “PRhyme” album from Royce and Preemo (out now).
Frank Nitt – “Slippin’†feat. Illa J (Prod. By J. Rocc) [Video]
Frank Nitt didn’t forget. Good sh!t. We posted audio for that “Slippin’†join (featuring Illa J) back in Spring. Now, we go into the colder months with a fresh-out-the-oven animated vid for it. Produced by J. Rocc, you can get this on the “Frankie Rothstein” LP out now.

Dayne Jordan – “The Hustlers” (Prod. By DJ Jazzy Jeff) [Video]
Visuals for “The Hustlers” off the “Memoirs Of Dayne Jordan” that Dayne Jordan has kept bubbling since it dropped this summer. That, and being on tour with DJ Jazzy Jeff (executive producer for the entire album), keeps the man pretty damn busy. Takes work to live a dream. More than that…HUSTLE! Check out the visuals above. Single and album linked below when you’re ready.

Supastition – “Black Bodies” (Prod. By Praise) [Video]
@HighImpactMda @Supastition_NC Not yet will will check it once I get stationary
— Jay Force (@Jayforce) October 29, 2015
And did it get checked out? What do you think? We post only the dopest on here. Checked out and approved!
Supastition’s “Black Bodies” (produced by Praise) goes hard at America’s lack of political will and accountability, and its overall apathetic stance on unjustifiable African-American deaths at the hands of the authorities. On deck for lyrical discussion: police brutality; double standards regarding race, law enforcement and protection in the U.S.; and America’s history of decimating non-Whites.
Supastition wrote this track after reading an article on the [so-called] “moral authority of America,†when like the rest of us, he has witnessed heinous rights violations and violent deaths of unarmed Black Americans so recently. The song was brilliantly brought to video by award-winning director Will Feagins, Jr. (High Impact Multimedia) as a montage of moving stills and moving imagery to complement the straightforward lyrics and theme Supastition drives on the Praise track.
Dope work. Dope! You can get “Black Bodies” on the “Gold Standard” project from Supastition (out now).
Paris Speaks On His New “Pistol Politics” Album, Police Brutality And #BlackLivesMatter (Video)
I’m not really a proponent of “Hands Up, Don’t shoot.”
I’m on the “You Shoot, We Shoot” page.
– Paris
The Black Panther of Hip-Hop. Whew, 25 years, and he is still talking armed revolution. Though his rhetoric is toned down just a touch, it is still that of a man on fire. He talks up the line up of guest appearances on his album (like Dead Prez, Chuck D and Kam) that spit righteous revolutionary fire on “Pistol Politics,” too. Apropos for these times of inadequate education, rampant poverty, police brutality and more afflictions affecting our community #BlackLivesMatter

Talib Kweli & Rapsody Perform “Every Ghetto” Live On ‘The Tonight Show’ (Video)
OHHH! The sound, the style, the swagger. What’s not to love about this live performance of “Every Ghetto” by Talib Kweli; featuring Rapsody and musical backing by The Roots. Got the music video and Indie 500 (Kweli and 9th Wonder) album pre-order linked below from an earlier post.
