R&B: Justin Timberlake – “Not A Bad Thing†(Video)
Justin Timberlake dropped his official video for “Not A Bad Thing†from “The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2” by The Ellen [Degeneres] Show. The vid runs like a documentary segment; and it is a campaign to find a couple that recently got engaged to the Timberlake track on a train. Beautiful work. Love is beautiful. Admit. Watch the video and believe it.

R&B/Alternative: Yuna – “Falling” (Produced By Robin Hannibal) [Video]

Talib Kweli – “Rare Portraits” (Produced By Oh No) [Video]
Joel Clare delivers a montage of clips, giving us “Rare Portraits” (produced by Oh No) of Talib Kweli doing his thing. We posted the link for the “Gravitas” LP earlier. We shall do so again for your convenience, so that you can pick up this single and all the accompanying joints.
Troy Ave – “Everything” feat. Pusha T (Produced By DJ Uneek) [Video]
How does a video start out looking evil… ominous red hue with skulls and sh!t? Like this Troy Ave “Everything” (featuring Pusha T). That raw rumble track by DJ Uneek helps maintain the vibe, too. All this, rough rugged lyrics and more like it on the Troy Ave project “New York City: The Album.” Shout to director Rob Dade for balancing the testosterone with honey shots in this vid.
Schoolboy Q – “Break The Bank” (Prod. By Alchemist) [Video]
Schoolboy Q’s brand new Alchemist-produced banger ‘Break The Bank’ is one of my favorite hardcore hip hop songs out right now. Been banging the song on my radio show since the single dropped & now we have some new visuals, directed by Jason Goldwatch, to accompany the dreamy & almost nightmarish vibe of the song. No cameo from Alchemist in the clip, but the Raiders gear is a good nod to my favorite NFL team. This banger from the West Coast emcee & TDE affiliate is off of his ‘Oxymoron’ album that just dropped today on Interscope Records.

R&B: Phil Beaudreau – “Anyway” (Video)
Phil Beaudreau continues to impress me with his music ever since I’ve been following his work. In fact, this song ‘Anyway’ produced by Dawaun Parker off of Mr. Beaudreau’s new full-length project “Ether” that’s available now, I first heard in January of 2013. It’s about time the L.A. based singer dropped a visual clip to further propel awareness of his talent as supporters like myself have been playing his music on my radio show & posting various joints up on various websites. Nothing too crazy extravagant with this Charley Mac & Phil Beaudreau self-directed video but even in its minimalism, just like the song itself, it doesn’t take much to really hit home.

Fabolous – “Thim Slick” feat. Jeremih (Video)
Fabolous drops a brand new video from his ‘The Soul Tape 3’ project he released in December. This new single ‘Thim Slick‘ clip featuring R&B singer Jeremih also features a cameo from R&B singer/songwriter Teyana Taylor. The video serves as one of a few visual appetizers to the Brooklyn emcee’s upcoming album ‘Loso’s Way 2: Rise To Power’.
