This is the rebroadcast/podcast of the show that aired on Saturday 8/13/11 featuring nothing but a nonstop audio assault of new & exclusive music! We also had a special guest interview with producer 9th Wonder & video director/filmmaker Kenneth Price. 9th Wonder & Kenneth Price spoke upon the new documentary “The Wonder Year” covering a year in the life of the North Carolina based producer. There are three parts to this August 13th edition of the show that aired but we also added a few bonus uncensored tracks to the third segment of the show specifically for the podcast. In every interview I watch of Mac Miller I gain more & more respect for the kid. I pay careful attention to interviews of new young hip hop artists with the intention to gain a better idea of where their head is at with the music, culture, & their futures. It’s hugely evident that Pittsburgh’s Mac Miller is a student of the game & is making the right moves in growing his fanbase. So much so that his show in London was soldout with fairly minimum radio play. I wish more young artists in the game paid attention to more that just writing rhymes & flossing, but in learning about the past greats to better their own career.
