Preemo gave them a few interesting stories from back in the day including his time at the Playboy Mansion with Hugh Hefner.

Lupe Fiasco’s new joint ‘Deliver’ featuring Ty Dolla $ign is on regular rotation on my radio show not only because it’s dope musically & one of my favorite singles as of late, but the commentary in his lyrics highlight something as simple as a getting a pizza delivered to be a difficult task for people who live in the ghetto. It’s something that people outside of those conditions very often take for granted. Lupe artistic story of ‘Pizza delivery in the hood’ is a metaphor for many of the basic services the underprivileged just don’t have access to because of their environmental condition. Adequate employment, healthcare, housing, emergency services, transportation & so on could be synonymous with pizza delivery in the hood. I sort of let our a brief reflective chuckle after watching this video because I was that same kid back in the day picking up the pizza from a different address. It appears Joell Ortiz has been knocking out a gang of remixes from popular Top 40 records as of late which could just be the setup for his upcoming Yaowa Nation EP. (Side Note: As an Oakland Raiders fan I really wish everyone would stop using the term “Nation”….There’s only 1 Nation & that’s the #RaiderNation).
