Ay yooo! We got a hot F#ck, That’s Delicious episode on the Vice MUNCHIES channel. Hosted by, starring and following the exploits of chef-turned-rapper-turned-foodie-show-host (drum roll) Action Bronson. Good 30 minutes of content, but round about two-thirds through, when Hip-Hop celeb Bam-Bam Bronson sits down for dinner with the legendary former NFL coach Mike Ditka… in Chicago… he witness the levels to this celebrity *ish. He acquiesces that you are NOBODY when you are with Mike Ditka in Chi-town (translation: Ditka is a god in the Chi)!
Keep watching as Bronson and Riff Raff go get dogs the Chicago way, all the way, and the ladies want to SERVE them… um… all the way (wow, bold).
Then keep watching as Bronson shows you how to ride out on a gondola in Italy (hint: bring the right potnaz and rolling papers…and things will go alllll riiiight…).

Rosewater (Trailer #1)
Gonna be hard for the host of Comedy Central’s ‘The Daily Show’ to hide behind the just-a-comedian shield with this real-life theatrical political statement.
A journalist is detained in Iran for more than 100 days and brutally interrogated in prison.
Yeah, that happened. And Jon Stewart (‘Daily Show’ host / producer & screenwriter for this movie) felt compelled to tell the story. Due to be up on big screens soon!

ESPN: “Brian and The Boz†(Video)
Don’t know if you young’ns even get that commercial where Brian ‘The Boz’ Bosworth begs the kangaroo muppet and the dude and the cafe to take him back to college (with Matt Leinart and Heath Shuler in the adjacent booth, for Dish Network). But you watch this episode of ESPN’s 30-for-30 and you will understand why the former college football standout wants a do-over… in sports and in life.
Former Oklahoma and NFL linebacker Brian Bosworth looks back on the mistakes he made as his alter ego “The Boz,” and passes on the lessons he learned.
(Not trying to lay out any spoilers… but hey Boz, that ‘greatest linebacker’ sh!t… Bo don’t know nothing about that. Raider Nation baby! Just watch.)

Nas Explores His Ancestry On ‘Finding Your Roots’ (Video)
They paid $830 for my Great, Great, Great Grandma? I got more than that in my pocket right now…
What can humble the G.O.D.M.C. Nassir? Knowing what his people went through… and by people we mean family; and by family, his blood… And knowing that his blood (3rd Great Grandmother) was bought for, in essence to him, pocket change.
Nas encounters his 3rd Great-Grandmother’s Bill of Sale, a devastatingly telling document.
Dr. Henry Louis Gates has made his bones over at PBS by wowing celebs with the truth of their existence; helping them learn of their family heritage… so they can know from whence they came. Digging in the crates in the vaults of [family, official, and historical] records, the Doc blows Nas away, as you can see on this latest production of ‘Finding Your Roots.’
(See the entire episode, which also features the still-so-sexy actress Angela Bassett and Presidential advisor Valerie Jarrett.)
Jake One – “Seaplane” (Instrumental Mixtape)

Lyrics and sage wisdom served with a side of Raphael Saadiq’s spicy sweet ‘sanging in this single seving.

Definitely a different look at T-Pain. By that, meaning a different sound of music accompanying the words that are coming out of his mouth. Just listen and watch the above Tiny Desk Concert T-Pain did for NPR. This is 13 minutes of some of Pain’s greatest and latest hits WITHOUT AUTO-TUNE.

100 Man Fight (The Judd Reid Story) [Trailer]
So…this is real? One man trained and took on 100 men, one at a time, for a minute-and-a-half each? That’s crazy, isn’t it. Apparently, the answer to all these questions is…
Judd Reid is the real life karate kid. As a teenager he was selected to go to Japan and train every day for 1000 days under Kyokushin Karate founder Masutatsu Oyama.
Almost 20 years later he won the WKO world heavyweight championship. His attitude was always anything is possible and never give up. Then came the invitation to attempt the 100 man kumite…
Journey to the “100 Man Fight” tells Judd’s incredible story of life long dedication to martial arts and his attempt at the 100 man kumite in the twilight of his fight career. Follow him as he prepares to take on what is considered by many martial arts elders the ultimate challenge of the spirit.
…yes! Peep the trailer above. Hey, remember that Jean Claude Van Damme movie “Bloodsport” (got that ‘kumite kumite’ song in your head now)?
Too Short – “19,999” (Video)
Wilt Chamberlain ain’t got sh!t on me…
– Too Short
And there it is. Serving notice to the former pro-basketballer and well-known chick magnet and magnate Wilt Chamberlain: You had sex with 20,000? Well, Short Dog is on you. One more for him and it’s a tie. But shiiiid, who knows a real player that settles for a tie? Too Short will keep scoring AND WINNING! Like in this animated doggie video… Short Dog is partying with cartoon Snoop Dogg (and toon doggie Ice Cube and E-40) and throngs and throngs of bitches in less than thongs.
[Now, ladies, female dogs are called bitches. That’s the word in the dictionary. Breathe easy and enjoy these visuals with us.]
