Representing Austin Texas, Lil Kane drops a new video that was shot during the Bob Marley Festival 2012 down there in the great state of Texas. It was a fitting environment to shoot a video for a song called “High Than A Muthaf*cka” which is the first single from his upcoming mixtape project “Everyday Life Music”. Lil Kane does a fairly decent job over the Don Cannon produced Ludacris track “Everybody Hates Chris” easily making the song his own for people who may not readily recognize the beat.  This joint works, but please smoke responsibly…. annnnnnnnd 420

While out at the Cannes Film Festival to support Kanye West’s new film ‘Cruel Summer’, Virginia based emcee Pusha T dropped this dope joint via his twitter that sounds pretty dope. Although he enlists R&B singer The-Dream on the hook this joint is STILL a ‘BEEF’ record. Even if your ears fail to peep Biggie’s ‘What’s Beef’ sample in the song, it’s evident from the ‘not too subliminal’ lyrics that Pusha T is dissin’ Drake in this joint. The song will appear on the G.O.O.D. Music compilation album. Yeah it’s heating up to be a ‘Cruel Summer’ already…..
