This will make you go ooh, aahh, wow, and hahaaa… all over the same clip. Visual artists decided to take GTA off the game screen into the streets and make a ‘real life’ video action-drama out of it. Don’t look for plot twists or even punch lines. More like a drop kicks and punches in the eyes. Ha! Lots of gratuitous thieving and violence with gaming effects (e.g. knocking the cash out of dudes). I don’t watch much of that ‘Chrisley’ show on USA, but his line “Class not azz” applies. We curate the video selection for as close to perfect balance between sexy and coy; that give-it-to-me-but-tease-me look and feel is what we go for. This Tamara D clip lives on that thin line. I yearn to find Honeyz like this.

Almost perfect. Almost. Now, the model Jai Livia (aka 5StarJai) is incredible! And her on the beach… put it this way… I don’t know what the temperature was that day, but the shoot with the hot model looks like it went cool. Watch. It will have you feeling a little… warm.
So why almost you ask? The music. You know, sometimes the cussing just isn’t necessary. It just kinda goes way too hard when Future drops in with the rapping. Just saying.
Anyway, this visual experience is a very nice reminder of warmer days gone by (and coming again); with visions of lovely Jay Livia on some beach, somewhere. So nice.

Whoa! One9 did the ‘Rap City’ logo for BET back in the day? Helluva factoid. And that’s not even the main thing. The main theme: A story of two part-time-gone-full-time filmmakers. It took 10 years, two major meetings, and a bunch of moral victories and sacrifice… but these gentlemen made art they could be proud of… that Nas was proud of!
Hennessy presents an inside look with filmmakers One9 and Erik Parker on their 10-year-journey to make NAS: TIME IS ILLMATIC.
Literally, a long story made short. Two guys take the art from their hearts all the way to the Tribeca Film Festival!

Apparently, they reviewed more than eighty finalists’ video treatments to pick one worthy director’s entry…to do a video for the single off Nas’ “Illmatic” entitled “Represent.” It’s been 20 years, but rather than dwell on what took so long, join us in anticipating how this is so right for Hip-Hop.
