Yo I was ready to laugh & clown at this joint because I thought it would be similar to one of those rap parodies like the acoustic version of ‘Straight Out Of Compton’ that Nina Gordon covered, but instead of laughing I was left in awe. This girl Karmin killed this cover of Chris Brown’s ‘Look At Me Now’ featuring Busta Rhymes & Lil Wayne. 95% of rap artists can’t keep up with the nimble lyrical flow of Busta Rhymes in any capacity but this chick right here kills it! Rappers need to step their game up because anytime an assumed novice like this chick Karmin can body a flow as well as Busta then the game truly is over. Wow!!! I was playing this song on my radio show alot last year. Hot record in my opinion! Shout out to all my people from T.Dot. Home of beautiful multicultural women & very savvy hip hop heads. Toronto is definitely one of my favorite cities to visit. Djs that need a clean version of this record there’s no need to worry because there’s no profanity in the song at all.
