Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch just signed a huge contract with his NFL team recently & in one of the first interviews since news reports came of the deal he goes to a shop in his native Oakland to get some new grills for his teeth. First thing I’m thinking is ‘who in the hell still rocks grills? Oh well…. Congrats on the new contract & all homie, but spend your money wisely. Don’t want to have to follow that Allen Iverson savings & spending plan after A.I. allegedly blew over $150 Million dollars…….

I remember my homie Laquan was assigned to drive Diddy around in Atlanta a few times & he said he asked “Mr. Ciroc bwoy” himself how does he do it all. Mr. Combs’ response was… “Just don’t stop. I don’t stop. When it was all said & done, the Utah Jazz’s Jeremy Evans took the crown as the NBA’s 2012 Slam Dunk Contest winner sponsored by Sprite. I was preoccupied with other matters to watch the Slam Dunk contest live, but based off of the hundreds of opinions I’ve been reading on twitter I’m assuming it was another lackluster year for the NBA’s Annual Slam Dunk contest. I was hearing out many of the participants were missing the dunks on the first, second, & sometimes third tries. The league needs to offer more money to get the stars & other players with some ill high flying skills to get involved to get this thing back competitive & creative again….

Bruce Lee is one of my life heroes, but there is no way in hell I believe this so called “Rare footage” of Bruce Lee playing ping pong using only nunchucks. Hahaaa! It appears to be a chinese commercial for a smartphone that’s being sold overseas although the phone appears to be very similar to the iphone. Debate amongst yourselves if this video is authentic or not, but although Bruce Lee did superhuman things & was an iconic leader for social justice it’s just impossible to me that he would be playing ping pong using nunchucks with such precision like that.

After being snubbed for MTV’s Hottest Emcees of 2012, he dropped an very dope song called “Grew Up Fast” that we posted earlier to rave reviews & he got his shine on the basketball court during the NBA’s Celebrity Allstar Game down in Orlando tonight. Check out J. Cole’s Alley-Oop Dunk from comedian Kevin Hart, who was the game’s MVP even after being ejected earlier. Also check out J. Cole blocking rapper & actor Common’s attempt at a layup underneath. Common hasn’t been fairing too well in these celebrity NBA games. If I remember correctly Justin Beiber once crossed Common over like Allen Iverson did Michael Jordan back in the day. Hahaaa!
