In our short documentary, “Just Dala,†we explore the small but growing sneaker culture that exists in the city’s Cape Flats. Known colloquially as “bubbleheads,†South Africa’s sneakerheads are in a league of their own. Here we talk to some of the scene’s most influential insiders to learn about life in one of the country’s poorest communities and how locals live their life with dignity and with the freshest kicks.
