Honestly I don’t feel like Drake would win a lyrical battle against Chi-town’s finest emcee unless someone wrote the battle raps for him. On a blackberry. Ironically enough Drake’s verse on this joint sounds like Rick Ross wrote it.

I was on the fence whether I should post this video or not, but I’m a guy who may like a song strictly for the visuals alone. Detroit’s Mike Posner looks like he maybe trying to jump into the Justin Timberlake R&B lane although most of the music I’ve heard from him sounds more electronic or stadium type techno leaning. Clearly my favorite song that he appears on is “French Inhale” that he collaborated with Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa on for the “Mac + Devin Goe To High School“ album that’s out now. Even if you don’t like the song, fellas enjoy the visuals of the ladies in the clip. Maybe subconsciously that’s the primary reason I posted this…

Boyz II Men Get Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame (Video)

It’s almost a tragedy how black radio & fans today don’t quite give Boyz II Men the props they deserve. Recently I was in a debate with a young lady about the significance of Boyz II Men, but she tried to tell me that Boyz II Men were wack. I just started to think of how bad radio has become today for someone to actually say out of their mouth that Boyz II Men were wack. What she failed to realize was that Boyz II Men carried on a tradition of great male R&B groups who kept it classy & who harmonized well. There’s nothing wrong with that at all. Most R&B sucks today because there’s little to no love in it. Where are the great groups who can actually sing & harmonize acapella? What’s wrong to me is Boyz II Men just received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame & I feel there was almost little to no black press about this great honor that the group was awarded.

Charles Barkley Speaks on Weight Watchers & The Atlanta Hawks (Video)

During a commercial break Charles Barkley was speaking on his endorsement deal with Weight Watchers & called it one of the biggest scams ever. I think I understood where Charles was coming from because he was simply alluding to how it easy it was to get paid for something you don’t mind doing just like him working as an NBA sports analyst. In other words, it’s easy money. I’m sure the media will run wild with his comments that weren’t meant to be on air in the first place. The second eye opening comment from Charles Barkley I also agree with. I attended the Atlanta Hawks vs. Miami Heat game at Philips arena with my nephew last night & I even said on twitter that the Hawks as a franchise just doesn’t have enough “Attitude” as a franchise to win. The Hawks should have won this game easily with Lebron James & D-Wade out, but they just played too nice & uninspired. The Hawks eventually lost to the Heat 116-109 in Triple Overtime.
