We have followed, with much eagerness, the career of Dynasty aka Ya Girl Dy like it was ‘our girl Dy‘ for quite some time. She’s so obviously talented we could stay on topic with the Hip-Hop talk; but come on… you DO see how GORGEOUS she is, right? Okay then. We gotta mention that, too.
My fav joint from her is still “If You…” (she knows, because I tell her on Facebook, like, often). And then there is that black leggy outfit from “After Laughter” though (Wu Wear, woooooo weeeeee, Maaaami)!
Plus, it’s not just us rocking with Dynasty. Look at her cohorts that cosign with the tracks and rhymes – DJ Premier, Skyzoo, Talib Kweli… yuuup. She’s something like a big deal. But still down to earth. Check out the “Greatness” – the latest from ya NY-turned-FL girl Dy. Featuring C-Rena and produced by Peabody. Been checking for her – and watching her grow a noteworthy career since the Def Comedy Jam days. She’s popped up in plenty of spots with a hot mic and a chuckling crowd – Starz (Martin Lawrence’s 1st Amendment Stand Up), Comedy Central shows and more.

Showtime Will Debut Its Whitney Houston Biopic “Can I Be Me” On August 26th (Trailer)

Lifetime shot its shot (with plenty of shots) at telling the story of Whitney. Lots of people were not feeling it… at all. Let’s see how Showtime’s gonna do. Not too bad by comparison, given this “Whitney Houston: Can I Be Me?” trailer. It seems like the film will be intriguing, at least; hopefully, true-to-life. Whitney was a part of the lives of a couple of generations who felt like they knew her and were always wanting to know more. If the story is going to be about her, let it be about her, not about ‘ratings’ (stepping down from soapbox).

This fight has plenty of haters, each of its combatants have plenty of haters, and both boxing and UFC have haters. With that much hateration – and even more folks who follow either or both Mayweather and McGregor in the nation – this is another event to net Floyd triple figures easy!
