B.O.B. vs. Hot 97 NYC (Video)
I’ve been in radio for 20 years & have interviewed many artists who have stopped by my radio show but most of the time when those artists get larger they never come back or send a thank you unless their careers are falling off & they are trying to reconnect with their original fans & supporters.
I never felt like B.O.B. was only reaching for a pop audience but I can understand 1000% what HOT 97’s program director Ebro is talking about because it happens all the time to me on the radio station I’m on.
GooDie MOB – “Special Education” feat. Janelle Monae
The GooDie MO is Back! Evidence: This potent track loaded with lyrics that matter and a challenge to today’s artists (and us all): Be special! With Janelle Monae on the hook, this is GooDie MOB with “Special Education.”
King Mez – “Exordium”
“You ain’t wealthy ’til you acquire what money can’t buy!” – King Mez
Recognize a King when he’s in your presence. These lyrics are incredible. The soliloquy at the end… powerful! A must listen. This is King Mez with “Exordium” (produced By Rico Beats). An introduction for some; another great piece of work to others who know this emcee.
The Wolverine (Theatrical Trailer)
Marvel is gearing up to release one of the most anticipated big budget movies of the summer. Here’s another brand new trailer for The Wolverine starring Hugh Jackman. In this particular trailer Jean Grey makes a brief appearance to setup the coming story of Wolverine’s trip to modern day Japan where he’s offered the gift of mortality & also does battle with the Silver Samurai among others. Looking forward to when it when ‘The Wolverine’ hits theaters July 26th.
Comedy: The Lonely Island – “Diaper Money” (Video)
Hilarious spoof group The Lonely Island got that “Diaper Money” (and that wife p*ssy… and that grave plot) cause they’re grown ass men! Definitely a different look at bling – for the stereotypical middle-class suburbanite. The Lonely Island has an entire LP of stuff like this coming out June 11, 2013. You can pre-order now.

Action Bronson – “Strictly 4 My Jeeps” (Prod. By Harry Fraud) [Video]
New visuals for Action Bronson. His latest single “Strictly 4 My Jeeps” features a jeep beat as you would expect (nice flip on that Cypress Hill “How I Could Just Kill a Man” by producer Harry Fraud). As for the video, there is a jeep as expected… but for the vid, expect the unexpected! You just have to watch. Outrageous… but fun! Great work by director Jason Goldwatch.
B.o.B – “Through My Head” (Video)
“How we gettin’ broker and they boost the price of living?” Trust that that is only a taste of the depth of B.o.B’s rhyming on this “Through My Head.” Political commentary put to a haunting track. Visuals that take our posts on future tech, flying surveillance drones, and patrolling robots to apocalyptic extremes right from the start. Watching this video movie is mind-blowing! This video movie was produced by Ricardo de Montreuil and Eliz Eskeranli. The new B.o.B LP – “Underground Luxury” – is coming soon.
Kurupt – “Caviar & Champagne” feat. Dr. Zodiak x King Lil G (Video)
Eye candy. That’s what this sparkly video for Kurupt’s “Caviar & Champagne” (featuring Dr. Zodiak and King Lil G). If you like good bud, there’s eye candy. Love the female form (good ‘bod’), then there’s eye candy! Oh, and the music is good, too.
The Procussions x L3 – “Moon and Back” (Pro-Exclusive Series #1) [Prod. By Stro Elliot]

Nipsey Hussle – “Face The World” (Prod. By 9th Wonder)
L.A. native Nipsey Hussle is coming with his “TM3: Victory Lap” mixtape soon, followed by his LP “iHussle.” But for now, we will have to deal with this Nipsey x 9th Wonder collabo “Face the World.” Which isn’t a bad deal.

Talib Kweli Speaks on Artistic Integrity With Tavis Smiley (Video)
Brooklyn’s own Talib Kweli sits down with Tavis Smiley on his PBS television show to discuss his latest LP “Prisoner of Conscious,” his artistic approach (and how it has changed), and more. In the above clip, Talib relates his firm stance on artistic integrity; holding that succumbing to every whim of his fans would actually betray them… in that doing so would mean he was not being a true artist. Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade Takes Time Out To Go To A Fan’s Prom (Video)
Take a look as Dwyane Wade surprises one of his biggest fans (Archbishop Carroll High senior Nicole Muxo) by attending her prom! Like his YouTube channel says, ‘Dwyane helps make a fan’s dream come true by showing up unexpectedly at her prom in Coral Gables, FL.’
Now, you gotta admit that that was kool. Bravo, D. Wade.
What Does ‘Gender Parity’ Mean? Women ‘Go Topless’ and Demonstrate in NYC (Video) [NSFW]
Above: Video of the ‘2012 Go Topless Day Rally’ In New York City. Started in 2007, the celebration and protest actually pushes an agenda of equal rights for the sexes in another way. Simply put, a breast is a breast – be it male or female. In fact, for the NYPD, ‘breast exposure is not considered public lewdness, indecent exposure, or disorderly conduct.’ In fact, the New York cops have been instructed to protect topless protesters like others marching for rights.
Gotta love America. Top(less) to bottom! Watch the [Not Safe For Work] video after the jump.

Jalen Rose Explains Why J.R. Smith Should Be At The Nightclub (Video)
Take a nap… Then champagne and campaign! Now, that’s hilarious (and true). Amen, Mr. Rose. Pay attention as Jalen Rose breaks down the ‘after-work’ life of those in NBA circles – like J. R. Smith (and himself) – in a way regular working folk can understand.
‘Jalen Rose explains to David Jacoby that in an NBA player’s lifestyle going to the nightclub late at night is no different than a 9 to 5 worker going to happy hour.’

Tony Touch’s 50 Classic Clips: Busta Rhymes & Ol Dirty Bastard Freestyling Back In 1994 (Video)
The legendary DJ Tony Touch is gearing up to release his long-awaited project “The Piecemaker 3 (Return Of The 50 Mcs)” due July 9th. People still talk about Tony Toca’s original 50 Mc’s mixtapes to this day & I’ve often overheard artists asking why Tony doesn’t start it back up again when people focused intently on who had the hottest bars. It’s great to see the Brooklyn Puerto Rock get back on it again. During the 50 days leading up to the release of the new project, Tony Touch will be dropping webisodes of classic & never seen before footage up until the July 9th which is the release date of his new project. In this first episode Tony Touch captures video of Busta Rhymes, Ol Dirty Bastard, CL Smooth, Rampage, & 8 Off The Assassin back in 1994 at the Gavin Convention in New Orleans. Classic

ESPN’s E:60 on Miami Heat All-Star Chris Bosh (Video)
You say what you want about Miami Heat All-Star Chris Bosh but this dude is hilarious with all the situations that seem to happen with him. Self-inflicted suspect photobombs or not one thing for sure is you can’t deny the guy can play basketball. This ESPN mini-documentary with Lisa Salters exposes Chris Bosh for who he really is…..just a geeky, nerdy, yet highly intelligent former Georgia Tech student who had an interest in engineering & computer programming. To Chris Bosh’s wife he’s just a “goofball” who in more ways than one is just an entertainer at heart. Despite some of the negativity he’s received it’s kinda cool to see Chris Bosh won’t allow anything to affect his sense of humor.
